"The Breakout Running program really got us ready for a great day at the Cherry Blossom Ten Miler. Chris built individualized 3-month plans that worked with each of our schedules. The plans included regularly scheduled training runs that we did on our own, with a focus on endurance and speed, as well as weekly coached sessions of speed and/or tempo drills. Chris got us to race day feeling strong and confident. We each had a great race at the Cherry Blossom, and will definitely train with him again. We can’t wait until our next big race!"
